I'm not sure what to call this, or for that matter how to search for it
here.
What I'm trying to nail is the fill SRV puts between phrases...
Sounds like maybe a double stop that he slides down the neck?
I can't duplicate it, but he used it constantly. Can anyone let me in
on the secret?

I don't have any SRV CD's here in my office, but I think I know what
your talking about (B.B. King does it all the time too). I think it's
just a bar across the 2 top strings (root on the E string, 5th on the B
string). Hit and slide.
