My guitar buddy does. That was his main guitar until he got a
Les Paul in '92 and a Tennessee Rose in '03.
Not sure, but that is probably damn close to the year of his.
Why? If it is important I can send you his email. If not, then
I can give you all the advice you need. ;)

heh cool. so they're out there! Is the Floyd recessed? possible to pull up
as well as divebomb with it or just divebomb only? Did he replace the
stock pickups on his? I'm thinking about getting one and putting a
Strat neck on to complete a project. & maybe putting a JB
in the bridge with 2 SD classic stacks in neck + middle..

There's three or four on eBay right now.

good playing guitar, mine had the bridge pickup replaced with a dp100 before
i got it. the other singles are very good (for singles). it is a good
feeling guitar with awesome kneck. the only bug bear is the bridge
(tsr101???) what a piece of junk, i have blocked it solid. i keep it strung
open g with the low e removed so i can do the keef. the neck single gives
some good tones for the 70's stones sound. i would recommend this guitar for
the price.

I sold hundreds of these through the '80s.
They were the lower priced imported version of the US made Kramers.
Not bad guitars but not in the same league as the US guitars,
the ones that were endorsed by EVH for a while.

They were designed to be 'floating' depending on how it was setup
but occasionally we'd block the bridge.
Early models got a simplified version of the Floyd Rose
and later they had the same bridge as the US guitar.

The neck scale length is the same as a Fender but the plate
hole pattern is slightly different and the neck is wider than a
Fender. As long as the neck is straight you might get by with
a fret dressing and have a decent player.
The pickups aren't the best, similar to MightyMites or something,
so your pickup swap idea seems like the way to go.
good luck
