Freaky coincidence - Steve Kulpa - 09:44 01-12-05

I have a 6-month old daughter and before her bed time I like to sit on
the floor with her and play several tunes on my guitar. She seems to
like the sound and often rewards me with big smiles. Well, last night,
I finished up my 'set' w/ my rendition of Badge and then picked her up
and headed back down stairs. My wife was watching TV an to my utter
amazement, PBS was showing the recent Cream reunion concert and guess
what song they were playing - Badge
woo-woooo-wooooooooo

p.s. quick sidebar - I was reading a George Harrison interview in
Crawdaddy (I think) way back when and he mentions when he was working
on Badge w/ EC and in walks Ringo somewhat intoxicated, complaining
about all the swans in the park.

And didn't the title come about when Clapton misread "bridge" (upside
down, across the table) and he asked, "badge...what's 'badge'?". Or,
did I just make this up?
