Jeyson Zímerer, born on 12/30/1975
in in S ão Paulo, Brazil, started to play at the age of 13, natural born in são paulo, brazil.
Jeyson released 4 cds, a live dvd and a studio dvd.
He started to play alone. Later on, he took some lessons with Kiko Loureiro, Edu Ardanuy, known Brazilian players, that came finally to play togheter with Jeyson.
Jeyson was the brazilian guitar tech for Frank Gambale at the Nam Lama´s camp 2001.
He also worked with several Brazilian artists as a sideman. Owner of a small reocrd label called JZrecords, Jeyson is endorsed by a Brazilian strings company called FENISON GUITAR STRINGS.
Jeyson plays left handed with upside down strings. His style could be named "instrumental eletronic rock fusion". Check it out on the new CD, called Cinema, a mix of movie themes versions. Jeyson was featured in various Brazilian guitar magazines, like Guitar Player, Cover Guitarra and on some local news. One of his videos, "Echoes of Insanity" was featured at MTV brazil.
